Collins 516F-2 power supply. Fix the strain relief Bundy clasp on the outgoing power supply cord
On a stock collins power supply the bundy strain relief should be in contact with the gray plastic insulation of the multi-wire outgoing power cord to the transmitter.
Collins 516F-2 power supply add BIAS rectifier diode & verify correct BIAS setting – voltage range.
BIAS voltage must go from about -90 volts down to -50 or so settable via the BIAS Adjustment screwdriver slotted pot on top back of power supply.
