Update
The filament transformer primary was set to 220 instead of 240
The input swr was high on 10 and customer had me re work after video was taken
Someone messed with the 10 meter input circuit, a mica cap was missing and had the improper amount of turns on the slug tuned coil form
Now input swr is good and filament sitting at the proper voltage
